Harnessing Landscape & Climate in West Africa

Every site presents a story and in this case, it was a tale of topography, water, and adaptation. Located in West Africa, this residential property development faced complex site challenges: a natural waterway at the rear, uneven land elevations, and the harsh equatorial sun.

Rather than resisting nature, Cadright Architecture designed with it using cut-and-fill techniques, natural shading, and climate-conscious foundations to deliver a smart, comfortable, and efficient home for our client.
